Returns & Exchanges

At The Impound, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
